If you have a suggestion regarding our website, your ordering experience or restaurants or just anything else in general, that’s great! Follow these steps to review a restaurant;
- Login to your account dashboard
- Click on ‘MY ORDER’
- On the dashboard, you will see all orders and a button to review.
- Click on the ‘GIVE REVIEW’ button on your dashboard
- Select how many stars you want to give for: service, quality & Value.
- Complete the review form and click the ‘submit your review’ button. All done.
Ordering Food
However, you can place a separate order from a different restaurant while your current order is being prepared and delivered. Please note that each order will have a separate delivery fee

For the most up to date information about your order, login to your account section to check the status of your order. As soon as there is progress on your order, the order status screen will be updated.
In the rare instance that order has been marked as delivered and you haven’t received it, please contact us on one of the below channels as soon as possible so that we can begin our investigation. Please have your order number and contact details handy.

Our team will then liaise with the restaurant partner to assist you further however please note, we will be unable to organise a re-delivery of the requested order items.
You can also leave a review for the restaurant.
Please try and be constructive – we discuss reviews (good and bad) with restaurants and it helps them improve their service. It also helps other people using SamDad Food decide where to order from.
Delivery Issues
Once you’ve placed your order, it’s sent directly to the restaurant for them to prepare and package. A soon as it’s ready, a delivery rider will pick up your order and bring it to your delivery address.
Your order will be picked up and delivered to you by ourdelivery driver or rider. You might be contacted by them prior to delivery.
NOTE: NEVER PAY ANY MONEY TO A DELIVERY DRVER OR RIDER.
Yes. Our fee is based on your location from the restaurant you place your order. All charges are clearly set for each restaurant and canbe seen when placing your order.
Payment
You can only pay for your order with MTN, Vodafone Cash, Airtel Tigo & QR Code. The system will require you to
1. Dial a number on your mobile phone to confirm transaction
2. Click OK on your your phone after dialing the code and your transaction is confirmed
3. You will need to come back and click on the continue button, once you’re done proceed to make payment.
We’ll always:
• Make sure that your payment details are securely processed on our systems
We’ll never:
• Ask you to send your payment details to us by email or Live Chat
• Ask you to tell us what the PIN is for your mobile money or payment card
• Share your payment details with any of our suppliers, other than those directly involved in securely processing payments
